At the moment we are looking to fill the position of:
Demand and Procurement Specialist
Key responsibility:
maintaining optimal inventory levels in the Dr. Max wholesale warehouse to meet Dr. Max pharmacy chain demand, minimize costs and avoid supply chain disruptions.
Main tasks:
- Monitoring and analyzing inventory levels of drugs and other Dr Max wholesale products, forecasting future demand, and optimizing needs
- Creating orders, tracking deliveries, and communicating with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Forecasting Replenishment Needs Based on Market Analysis and Sales Data
- Creating inventory reports, requirements, and inventory analysis for management.
- Helping to optimize procurement processes, reduce costs, and improve supply chain efficiency
Key competencies:
- Work experience in inventory management, preferably in the pharmaceutial wholesale industry
- Ability to efficiently analyze demand, sales, and inventory data
- Ability to effectively collaborate with suppliers, sales teams, and other key stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and stock management programs and tools
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Understanding the regulations and standards related to the distribution of medicines, medical drugs and other products from Dr Max portfolio
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English
This position requires high precision, analyticality, and the ability to coordinate in order to ensure timely availability of products to pharmacies.
