WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- University degree in computer science, information systems and relevant work experience (medior or senior)
- Understanding basic programming concepts and familiarity with scripting languages
- Deep understanding of the operating systems for application deployment and troubleshooting
- Proactivity and dedication in communicating with colleagues
- Ability to communicate in English, German is a plus
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provision and configure on-premise infrastructure components Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines
- Manage different environments on the on-premise platform, ensuring consistency and reliability.
- Implement security best practices and protocols to protect on-premise infrastructure and applications from security threats
- Document configurations, processes, and procedures
- Monitor and optimize the performance of on-premise infrastructure and applications to ensure optimal resource utilization
TECHNOLOGIES YOU SHOULD BE FAMILIAR WITH
- Container technologies (Docker Swarm, Kubernetes)
- Linux (RedHat, Debian distributions)
- Automation tools (Ansible/Terraform)
- Version control systems, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/Jenkins)
- Container storage persistence (Rook, MiniO, NFS…)
- Basic DB administration (PostgreSQL/Oracle)
- Security tools (Vault)
- Kubernetes backup solutions
- Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki...)
