Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a decisive and results-driven Digital Marketing Leader to elevate our clinic’s marketing operations and performance.

The ideal candidate will act as the architect of our marketing strategy, directly influencing lead generation quality, volume, and overall patient conversion.
This role includes managing substantial marketing budgets, overseeing new product launches, and ensuring seamless collaboration between in-house specialists and outsourced partners.

We are looking for a performance-oriented professional who works with measurable outcomes, relies on data-driven decisions, and is ready to scale an international medical business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Performance Marketing (Primary Focus)

  • Manage budgets across Meta, Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms
  • Develop, optimize, and scale performance campaigns
  • Plan and execute A/B tests for creatives and audiences
  • Monitor and improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, ROMI
  • Work with affiliate networks and traffic partners
  • Explore and implement new acquisition channels

2. Marketing Funnel Management

  • Structure goals across Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Retention
  • Define KPIs for each stage and optimize performance
  • Analyze the complete patient journey

3. Product & Market Intelligence

  • Develop a deep understanding of clinic services and competitive advantages
  • Conduct competitive and trend monitoring
  • Segment markets (Balkans, Europe, CIS)
  • Recommend offer adaptations for each audience

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Configure and manage Google Analytics, CRM, Power BI
  • Build real-time dashboards and reports
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reviews
  • Forecast lead volumes and conversion trends
  • Identify patterns and improvement opportunities

5. Vendor & Agency Management

  • Manage marketing agencies and freelancers
  • Define clear tasks, deadlines, and performance standards
  • Optimize external spending while maintaining high results

6. Sales Support

  • Prepare sales guides, scripts, and presentations
  • Provide lead qualification materials and FAQs
  • Analyze patient objections and design counter-arguments
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve conversions

7. Marketing Team Leadership

  • Recruit PPC, SMM, and analytics specialists
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and track KPIs
  • Train team members on tools, platforms, and methodologies
  • Foster a performance-oriented, data-driven culture

8. New Initiatives

  • Explore and introduce new channels: TikTok, YouTube, SEO, Email
  • Launch test funnels and experimental campaigns
  • Develop strategies for new market entry
  • Organize webinars and educational content

Requirements

Experience

  • 3–5 years in digital performance marketing (middle/supervisor level)
  • Strong experience with Meta and Google Ads
  • Excellent understanding of ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPA, LTV
  • Experience with CRM systems, Google Analytics, and end-to-end analytics
  • Proven B2C lead generation success (medical sector is a plus)

Languages

  • Serbian: C1 (required)
  • English: B2+ (required)
  • Russian: B2–C1 (highly preferred)

  • Google Analytics and Meta certifications
