Yettel Bank is hiring! We are looking for a smart Digital Marketing Performance Expert to be a part of our Digital Marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Performance Expert you will play a important role in planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on Yettel Bank digital acquisition campaigns, with full in-house ownership.

IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE WITHIN THIS ROLE:

  • Planning, managing, and optimizing performance campaigns, primarily lead generation and app download campaigns, as well as other acquisition, brand, and lifecycle campaigns, with the core objective of driving user and revenue growth.
  • Managing budgets allocated to campaign-based or ongoing activities.
  • Working with management and analytics tools required for digital marketing channels, from website and app to social media (Meta Business, Google GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, Firebase, etc.).
  • Independently managing digital media buying activities.
  • Responsibility for campaign and channel tracking (via GA4, GTM, UTM models, etc.).
  • Technical collaboration with internal teams, including connecting different types of reports.
  • Proposing new performance marketing channels.
  • Participating in the creative process to achieve better performance results.
  • Optimization of all channels, especially landing pages (basic knowledge of SEO and LLMs).
  • Regular reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) 

FOR THE GOOD START YOU WILL NEED:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or fintech.
  • Independent campaign management experience.
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, and other Google platforms (Google Trends, etc.).
  • Tracking, attribution, and analytics.
  • Excellent English verbal, written, and communication skills.
