Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Senior Specialist to manage and optimize our digital channels across the SEE region and to support the launch of new products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, hands-on experience with WordPress, SEO, paid advertising, marketing automation, and social media management. You will be responsible for driving online sales growth, improving customer experience, and ensuring seamless integration across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Monitor website analytics and performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
  • Support the Paid Advertising and SEO Team with local insights
  • Maintain and regularly update the company website with relevant and optimized content
  • Plan and manage digital projects and product launches in the SEE region
  • Develop and implement communication activities (online and offline) to strengthen and grow the company’s brand presence
  • Produce newsletters, support email marketing campaigns, webinars, and lead generation initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with the international marketing team and local sales teams across Serbia, Slovenia, and Croatia
  • Create marketing materials (presentations, visuals, flyers, etc.) in line with brand guidelines
  • Participate in marketing events and fairs to support brand visibility
  • Act as a local contact point for the international marketing team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience managing and maintaining WordPress websites
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team
  • Solid project management abilities
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools
  • Experience with CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
  • Fluency in Slovenian, Croatian, and Serbian

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
  • Basic photography or videography skills
  • Understanding of marketing automation platforms
