To maintain our market leadership and drive a culture ofcontinuous excellence, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Quality Director with aproven track record in the global tire industry.

Position Summary
The Quality Director is a senior leadership role responsible for developing, implementing, andgoverning the company's global Quality Management System (QMS). This individual will en.sure that all products, processes, and services meet or exceed customer expectations and strin.gent international regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be a change agent with deeprooted expertise in tire manufacturing quality processes, preferably gained from one of theworld's top tire manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Quality Leadership:
Develop and execute the global quality strategy, vision, and objectives aligned with the com-pany's business goals.
Lead the continuous improvement ofthe Quality Management System (QMS) in compliancewith IATF 16949,IS0 9001,and customer-specific requirements.
Report on quality performance, trends, and strategic initiatives to the executive leadershipteam and board.

Quality Systems & Process Management:
Oversee all quality control and quality assurance functions across manufacturing plants from raw material inspection to finished goods.
Ensure robust processes for Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), including FMEA Control Plans, and PPAP.
Manage the internal audit program and host all external audits from customers, IATF, andother regulatory bodies.

Product Ouality & Performance:
Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for product quality, such as PPM(Parts Per Million), customer reject rates, and warranty claims.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes for major in.ternal and external quality failures using methodologies like 8D and 5-Why.
Drive problem-solving efforts for complex quality issues related to compound mixing, component assembly, curing, and uniformity.

Customer & Supplier Quality:
Serve as the senior point of contact for critical customer quality issues, especially with keyOEMM accounts.
Partner with the Supply Chain and Procurement teams to develop and manage supplier qual.ity requirements, including audits and performance reviews.

Team Leadership & Culture:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global quality team, including plant qualitymanagers and engineers.
Foster a culture of "Quality First" and total quality management (TQM) throughout the or-.
ganization.
Drive training initiatives to enhance quality awareness and competency across all levels.

Oualifications & Experience
Required Experience:
A minimum of 10 years ofprogressive experience in quality management, within a highvolume manufacturing environment.
At least 5 years in a senior quality leadership role (Quality Director, Senior Quality Managerwith multi-site responsibility.
Demonstrated, hands-on experience with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and core quality tools (APOP.PPAP,FMEA.SPC. MSA).
Strongly Preferred: Direct and substantial working experience within one of the world's topsix international tire manufacturers (Bridgestone, Michelin, Goodyear, Continental, Sumi.tomo, Pirelli).

Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related technical fieldA Master's degree is preferred.
Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) is highly desirable

Technical & Functional Skills:
In-depth knowledge oftire manufacturing processes: mixing, component preparation, build
ing,curing,and final finish.
Expertise in statistical analysis and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma BlackBelt.8D.DMAIC).
Proven experience in managing warranty analysis and reduction programs.
Strong understanding of material science as it relates to rubber compounding and tire per- formance.
