DISPATCHER (U.S. Market) – DRY VAN & REEFER – 2nd Shift (2:00 PM–11:00 PM) – OFFICE (Sremska Mitrovica)

We are hiring an experienced dispatcher for the U.S. market to work with dry van and reefer trucks (fleet of 6–8 trucks). The position is office-based in Sremska Mitrovica.

Location: Sremska Mitrovica, Serbia

Requirements:

• Previous dispatch experience is required (U.S. market)
• Excellent knowledge of the DAT load board
• Strong negotiation skills and resourcefulness in finding loads
• Highly organized, responsible, and results-driven

Job Description:

• Negotiating with brokers
• Planning and booking loads for dry van and reefer
• (Note: A tracking team monitors loads in transit and supports dispatchers)

Working Hours:

• Full-time
• 2nd shift: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM
