Identity: We are the first point of contact for car transport services in our region 

Tasks:

  • Communication with the driver supervisors
  • Scheduling of trucks in international traffic
  • Daily coordination with the factory shipping points
  • Notification of the trucks at the loading and unloading points
  • Ongoing communication with defined international customers
  • Working in an international team with international customers
  • Creation of all necessary delivery and shipping documents, as well as their archiving
  • Processing of customs orders in cooperation with a customs officer
  • Execution of all necessary transactions in the EDP system, e.g. correction of the actual loading quantities, reservation in the loading system, booking of loading windows for forwarding agents
  • Ensuring the fastest possible dispatch of the truck volume
  • Communication and cooperation with loading personnel, external partners (service providers, freight forwarders) and related departments
  • Contribution to securing the systems in shipping (self-pickup, loading window) 

Required superpowers/ Your profile:

  • Logistical basics 
  • Professional experience in the logistics sector is desirable or in a position that is as similar as possible
  • Good or knowledge of English (German would be an advantage)
  • Solution-oriented, analytical, organized and calm way of working
  • Communication skills, team spirit
