We are hiring experienced Dispatchers and/or Sales professionals for both day and overnight shifts. Responsibilities
- Negotiate and book loads for our trucks
- Build and maintain relationship with brokers
- Dispatch drivers
- Track and report load progress to brokers
- Come up with a solution for any problems that may arise
- Take emergency and non-emergency calls
- Ensure data is input correctly and in a timely manner
- Effectively communicate with the brokers and team
- Learn how to use our system
- Rapidly adapt to changes in procedures
- Ensure drivers are in compliance
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to follow procedures and regulations
- Extensive sales experience preferred
- Experience with DAT 360 board preferred
- Ability to remain calm in a stressful situation
- Fluent in English and Spanish required
- Incredible multitasking abilities
- Great communication skills
- Strong mathematical skills
- Ability to rapidly input information into a data entry system
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to follow through with callers
- Ability to handle high incoming call volumes
Additional Compensation:
