Position: DOFO Area Sales Manager  

Position type: Permanent

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Actively finding new stations for inclusion into the DOFO MOL network, in the designated areas defined by the organization
  • Attracting and managing business relations with potential and existing DOFO Partners, which will ensure the long-term development of the station network
  • Building long-term relationships with potential and existing DOFO Partners
  • Negotiating and ensuring compliance with agreed business terms for newly incorporated DOFO stations
  • Co- creation of documentation for investment applications
  • Supervising the process of preparing the necessary documentation - commercial agreement, collateral
  • Coordinating the process of incorporating stations into the DOFO network
  • Conducting trainings for the DOFO Partners and their teams
  • Negotiating business terms for existing DOFO stations
  • Monitoring the market and analyze competitor offers and conditions
  • Regular reporting of KPIs performance to the Retail Lead Team

FOR THE POSITION YOU NEED:

  • VI or VII degree in economics or commerce
  • Previous experience in the oil and gas industry, minimum 3 years of experience in B2B organization development in expansion department
  • Practical knowledge in the field of economics
  • Experience in sales, field management expertise, knowledge of negotiation and motivational techniques, analytical skills
  • Knowledge of the English language
  • Working in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), working in NAV is an advantage
  • Driving license (category B)
