For one of our clients – an international company, leading game developer providing player- favourites to the most successful global brands in the iGaming industry, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – Downtime Scheduling and Operations Coordinator.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Keep our studio downtime schedules accurate and up-to-date, including coordinating exciting new studio releases;
• Organize and manage planned maintenance and studio reopenings to ensure smooth operations;
• Assist with preventive and predictive maintenance to help the studio run efficiently;
• Share downtime plans and updates clearly with teams, keeping everyone in the loop;
• Monitor downtime activities and contribute to reporting that drives better decision-making;
• Work closely with maintenance teams, contractors, and project stakeholders to improve processes continuously.

Requirements:

• Experience in scheduling, operations, or maintenance coordination;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a knack for keeping things running smoothly;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail—nothing escapes your notice;
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts as part of a dynamic team;
• Minimum of a High School Diploma and excellent English skills.
