We are looking for a dedicated candidate for the position: Driver Recruiter
Our main goal is meeting our customers needs in the most competitive and professional manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sourcing, managing and processing of new driver’s leads and applications
- Providing background documentation such as MVRs, PSPs
- Revising and correcting driver applications
- Follow ups with the existing driver base
- Managing retention and lowering turn over rates
- Keeping up with weekly/monthly goals of employment
- Help manage all current marketing campaigns and incentives
- Communication between different divisions of the company in order to be in tune with all aspects of the market
SKILLS:
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service positions
- English (both verbal and written) is a MUST
- Ability to work in a dynamic work surrounding
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
