Responsibilities
- Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals
- Processing orders/returns from website
- Create, update, and regularly monitor the product content on e-Commerce websites/portals
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns
- Administrative work
- Inventory control check
- Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance
- Close cooperation with accounting, warehouse and marketing department
- Report on performance
Preferable skills and qualities
- Sense of teamwork
- Willingness for continuous improvement
- Advanced knowledge of a foreign language (English)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail
- Computer skills
Handling Items
- All products made in Korea, Serbia and Balkan countries
- Products that will be given priority are food, cosmetics, and FMCG
