What would be your main tasks:
- Controlling hours drivers spend on the road and checking ELD (logbooks they are using)
- Making sure every ELD is clear
- Maintaining logbooks for drivers
- Helping drivers use ELD
- Solving problems with ELD devices, connections...
- Checking drivers to see if they use ELD in accordance with regulations and the law of driving
- Putting information and new trucks and trailers into the system
- Putting fuel information into logbooks
- Tracking trucks and trailers switches
- Communication with drivers, dispatchers, and other departments, through phone, email, or texts...
We are looking for somebody who is:
- Ready to work in all shifts (morning, afternoon and night)
- Ready to work on the weekends the same as on the work days
- Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ready to learn and improve skills and knowledge
- Ready to work in open-spaced office
- Team player
- Organized, focused, communicative and detail-oriented
- Able to think logical and analytical
- Experience in the US transportation industry is a plus, but not necessary, we provide training to all new members
- Optional: Fluent in Russian language
