We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Employer Branding Intern to join our team. As an Employer Branding Intern, you will work closely with the EB and Internal Communication team, to enhance our company's employer brand.

Job Description
► Assist in the development and execution of employer branding strategies and campaigns
► Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media and career pages
► Collaborate with the EB team to design graphics, videos, and other multimedia content
► Support the planning and coordination of employer branding events and initiatives, such as career fairs, conferences and webinars, as well as internal events
► Identify trends and best practices in employer branding on the market
► Assist with internal communications and employee engagement activities
Qualifications
► Final year or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
► Strong written and verbal communication skills, both Serbian and English
► Experienced in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
► Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas
► Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
► Ability to work independently and as part of a team
