This role is 100% in-office, and we’ll teach you everything you need to know — from sourcing and screening drivers to guiding them through onboarding. You’ll be part of a supportive, fast-paced team where your growth and success are our priority.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Learn to find and connect with truck drivers across multiple platforms
• Conduct phone interviews and help drivers through the onboarding process
• Build and maintain relationships with driver leads
• Track recruitment progress and assist with performance goals
• Collaborate closely with dispatch, safety, and operations teams

What We’re Looking For:

• No prior recruiting experience required — full training provided
• Friendly, outgoing personality and love for connecting with people
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working Monday–Friday, 3 PM – 11 PM, on-site
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
