EHS Leader
Job description:
- Contribution to preparing and implementing EHS programmes and action plans.
- Participation in definition of EHS requirements during the work of establishment and development.
- Participation in EHS accesses, audits and official controls.
- Participation in the investigation of EHS events (accident, event without injury, events of environmental protection) .
- Preparation of EHS reports, statements and presentations in English and in Hungarian.
- Hold EHS trainings.
- Participation in the preparation of EHS tenders.
- Organizational, technical and staff-related leading, operating and repairing of environmental management, occupational safety and fire safety.
- He leads the control and analysis about occupational safety.
- Specifying and realizing objectives in connection with environment, occupational safety and fire safety.
- Introduction of measures in order to achieve the objectives about environment and safety at work.
- Preparing budget plan, coordinating investments.
- Planning technological changes in favour of improving the environment, the performance of occupational and fire safety.
- Planning, executing and checking activities that are necessary for the fulfilment of ISO 14001/ ISO 45001standards.
- He is responsible for ensuring the framework of secure work.
- He exercises power of instruction and inspection about issues referring to occupational, fire and chemical safety and environmental protection.
- Keep in contact with competent authorities, contributing to casual investigations or visits
Requirements:
- Higher professional education: environmental engineer, safety engineer or EHS engineer
- At least 5 years experience obtained in industrial manufacturing area
- Knowledge of fire safety and qualification about fire safety
- Advanced English knowledge
- Ability to work independently and in team
