EOR Account Specialist

AMBACIA is a French company specialized in IT recruitment and Employer of Record (EOR) services. With a solid presence in Croatia since 2008, we are now expanding our EOR activities in Serbia - and we're building a dynamic new team.

 We are looking for motivated and reliable candidates ready to grow with us as an 

EOR Account Specialist

 EOR activities, as HR administrative services provided to local employees and foreign clients, are ideal for someone with a strong background in HR administration and a proactive, hands-on attitude toward client and employee support.

 Key responsibilities:

• Organize onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Maintain and update employee records
• Support payroll and benefits processing
• Ensure compliance with Serbian labor laws
• Act as a point of contact for client and employee queries
• Collaborate with internal teams (HR, legal, finance, compliance)
• Monitor contract status, documentation, and deadlines

What we expect from you:

• Client service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational precision
• Good communication skills (written and spoken)
• Basic knowledge of HR, payroll, and employment regulations
• A first experience in EOR services is even a plus
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Strong sense of ethics and respect for confidentiality

 Education & Language Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or Legal Studies
• Proficiency in Serbian and English (both required)
