ERP Consultant / Business Analyst

Duties:

• Analyse business processes and provide solutions
• Gather customer requirements and conduct gap analysis
• Perform system configuration, installation, data migration and testing
• Customise and configure ERP to integrate with multiple systems
• Provide user training and support
• Coordinate with Solutions Architect on solution design, programming and validation
• Pre-sales support and demonstration of Dynamics ERP and related ISV add-ons

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an ERP consultant (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, active listening and customer service
• Highly skilled in Excel
• Ability to travel (domestic and international) to client sites
• Good analytical and evaluative skills in tasks
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Fluency in English (written and oral)
