Facility Lead

We are looking for a Facility Lead to join our team and ensure our factory premises, offices, and work environment are safe, well-maintained, and continuously improved. This role combines facility management, project coordination, and vendor supervision to provide a high-quality and efficient workplace for all employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and plan facility services such as building and office maintenance, cleaning, green areas, and canteen operations.
• Manage preparation, budgeting, execution, and cost control of projects, ensuring timely progress reporting.
• Oversee contractors and subcontractors, monitor quality of works, and ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare requests of approval with defined savings/optimization opportunities.
• Manage tenders, technical documentation, and coordination with external providers and engineering teams.
• Assess new facility options and plan space optimization, relocations, and renovations.
• Continuously improve processes and services, adopting best practices and sharing knowledge across teams and countries.
• Act as a key point of contact for audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
• Support emergency and urgent interventions when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in technical sciences, mechanical or electrical engineering, or similar.
• 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• English language proficiency.
• AutoCAD proficiency.
