Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Field Operations Route Manager to oversee the daily routing, scheduling and optimization of our field service teams in Belgrade. This role is critical in ensuring timely service delivery, maximizing resource utilization and enhancing overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, route planning and team management within a service-oriented industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize daily routes for field technicians using CRM and routing skills to minimize travel time and maximize productivity and revenue.
• Scheduling of service calls, installations and inspection appointments based on client needs, technician availability and geography.
• Monitor real-time field operations, adjusting routes as needed to accommodate changes in staffing and priorities.
• Collaborate with Client Support teams to ensure seamless communication of job details, updates and requirements.
• Analyze route performance metrics to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in route management, logistics or field operations.
• Proficiency in routing software (e.g., Route4Me, Google Maps API, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage field staff.
• Fluency in English.
