Field Sales Consultant (Southern Serbia)

Adecco, on behalf of our client Lumesia, a fast-growing, innovation-driven brand within the Eurotoll group, is searching for a Field Sales Consultant to strengthen their presence in Southern Serbia.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, approach, and secure new clients across Southern Serbia.
• Present, promote, and sell Lumesia’s portfolio of logistics products and services.
• Build, nurture, and maintain strong long-term partnerships with clients and business  stakeholders.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts aligned with both client needs and company targets.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure consistent client engagement, support, and follow-up.
• Report on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities to management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in B2B sales and experience within logistics or transportation is a strong plus.
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and willingness to travel frequently throughout the  region.
• Understanding of logistics operations and sales cycles is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
