Field Sales Specialist

We are looking for a colleague who can work as a Field Sales Specialist for permanent employment in the sales of our wire fence products. 

For this position; 3 applicants will be hired.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Candidate need to have acknolage of Balkan market
• Represent the company by promoting and selling its products and services to potential and existing customers.
• Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening long-term client relationships.
• Conduct regular field visits to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate terms, and manage the end-to-end sales process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support and solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, and share insights through regular reports.

Skills/Attributes:

• Must have verbal and written communication skills and good command of English.
• Preferably having previous sales experience in the trade industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a related or same position.
• Preferably high school diploma/university graduate.
• Good computer skills.
