Finance and Accounting Associate

Your Role

• End-to-end daily financial operations and control
• Invoicing and revenue management, VAT and e-Invoicing system (SEF)
• Accounts receivable – maintaining accurate records of due and outstanding receivables
• Accounts payable – planning and executing payments in line with cash flow priorities
• Payroll coordination (financial scope)
• Cost control and margin monitoring
• Financial reporting and transparency
• Compliance and financial discipline – ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and supporting inspections and audits through well-structured financial data
• Financial systems and data integrity

You Bring

• Experience in financial management and accounting
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll coordination, and cost control
• Experience in service-based or labor-intensive industries is a strong advantage
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong financial discipline
• High sense of responsibility and integrity
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with operational teams
