Position Overview:

The Finance & Business Organization Specialist will be responsible for financial operations, business organization, and administrative coordination, including close cooperation with external accounting and HR-related processes. This role requires a strong economic background, organizational skills, and continuous communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, monitoring, and analyzing the financial performance of the company
  • Preparing financial reports, and budget plans
  • Monitoring costs, profitability, and cash flow
  • Daily work in Minimax accounting software.
  • Preparation and submission of VAT (PDV) reports
  • Continuous communication and coordination with the external accounting office
  • Managing financial transactions and documentation related to banks and PayPal, including payment tracking and reconciliation
  • Organizing and improving internal business processes and workflows
  • Assisting in invoicing and financial documentation

Employee administration and HR-related tasks, including:

  • Maintaining employee records and documentation
  • Preparation of employment contracts and related documentation
  • Monitoring sick leave, absences, and employee status changes
  • Issuing certificates and confirmations required for employment and official purposes
  • Payroll processing and salary payments coordination
  • Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, labor regulations, and financial policies
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial and administrative records

Requirements:

  • University degree in Economics (mandatory) – Faculty of Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and business organization
  • Experience with VAT reporting and payroll processes is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • High level of responsibility, accuracy, and discretion
  • Good communication in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
