Responsibilities

• Budgeting and forecasting (OPEX & CAPEX)
• Conducting monthly budget realization analysis
• Profitability analysis at company level, as well as for profit centers and individual projects
• Developing and executing various cost allocation models
• Ensuring transparent tracking of operational cost allocation across all functions, including detailed cost center reporting
• Creating clear and comprehensive process documentation within the area of responsibility for corporate audit purposes
• Providing financial controlling support to designated specialists, department heads, and cross-functional teams
• Preparing monthly and annual financial statements
• Collecting, consolidating, verifying, and analyzing financial data and economic indicators to provide senior management with accurate and timely insights for strategic and operational decision-making
• Working within a team dedicated to continuous improvement and optimization of existing procedures
• Educating and supporting other teams within the company regarding financial aspects, targets, and business impacts

Skills & Experience

• University degree, preferably in Economics or Finance, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in international manufacturing controlling
• Excellent proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (SAP, BW, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• High level of accuracy and integrity
• Ability to think laterally and propose innovative, out-of-the-box solutions
• Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
