Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets.
- Oversee financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor the finance team.
- Manage financial risks and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee and negotiate contracts with key clients and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certified Accountant or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, financial modeling software).
