We’re now hiring our first full-time Finance Specialist, someone who will play a key role in managing financial planning, reporting and operational finance processes for a global company with AI-driven products. This is a hands-on role suited for a self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-growing environments and enjoys combining financial insight with business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting and scenario analysis
- Monitor key business metrics to support strategic decision-making
- Support budgeting and planning cycles, working closely with business and product teams
- Perform variance analysis and explain key movements in revenue, expenses and margins
- Improve financial processes and systems, driving automation and efficiency in reporting and operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and AI teams to link financial performance with business outcomes
- Communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders and contribute to strategic discussions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
- Experience with financial modelling and data analysis
- Basic understanding of AI, machine learning
- Attention to detail in financial reporting, budgeting and compliance
- Ability to explain complex financial data and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
