What we’re looking for

• Degree in finance, economics or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or investments
• Strong skills in financial modeling & Excel
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Preferred: Prior experience in real estate investments, consulting or private equity.

Job Description:

In this role, you will play a key part in evaluating and modeling investment opportunities, preparing financial projections, and developing strategic recommendations for both our clients and company management. Your insights will directly support high-level investment decisions, business growth, and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Modeling & Analysis

• Develop and enhance financial models for investment projects
• Conduct profitability assessments, cash flow projections, sensitivity analyses, and risk evaluations
• Support due diligence processes for acquisitions, developments, and asset sales

Investments & Business Strategy

• Evaluate investment opportunities in commercial real estate and other business ventures
• Prepare business cases and recommendations for various investment structures and risk profiles
• Research market trends, competition, and technological developments relevant to investment decisions

Reporting & Management Support

• Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and senior management
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial results
• Assist in project management, negotiations, and client relationship management

Collaboration & Development

• Work closely with internal teams to develop new projects and business opportunities
• Identify and propose process improvements and support their implementation
• Contribute to expanding the company’s portfolio of services for clients
