What will your role be at Dr. Max?

• Preparation of documents for regular monthly reporting and forecasting in close cooperation with the IT department and the Project Office/Investments;
• Active participation in the creation of a financial plan for the entire IT area within the Dr. Max group;
• Support in planning and evaluating investment projects across IT and non-IT areas;
• Support for the accounting department in standard monthly financial statements;
• Creation of reporting and analytical tools according to management needs;
• Evaluation of plan/forecast implementation, monitoring KPIs and communicating deviations;
• Support in the preparation of monthly financial presentations;
• Ad-hoc business support for other departments as needed.

What do we expect from you?

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or controlling;
• Knowledge of accounting rules and financial reporting;
• Advanced Excel skills;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to connect information and see the bigger picture;
• Independence, responsibility, and proactive approach;
• Strong team orientation and collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience in IT or investment project finance;
• Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools;
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or pharma industry.
