As a Financial Controller, you will join our Finance department — the backbone of our organization’s financial integrity. Our teams ensure accurate reporting, compliance with internal and external regulations, and continuous improvement of financial processes. Range of responsibilities
- Ensures accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting, including monthly closing activities, account analysis, reconciliations, and preparation of reporting packages.
- Implements and maintains financial reporting and controlling policies, ensuring alignment with Group standards, EU requirements, and local regulations.
- Conducts financial analyses, prepares performance and variance reports and provides clear explanations and recommendations to management.
- Ensures compliance and quality across accounting processes by identifying errors, performing corrections, preparing non standard journal entries.
- Drives continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, proposing enhancements.
- Actively participates in financial and business projects, providing accounting expertise.
Requirements
- At least VI, VII level of education in Economics or a similar field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of English and MS office
- Work experience in finance or controlling is an advantage
- Knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting principles is a plus
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of SAP Business Suite 4 for SAP HANA is plus
