What will your role be at Dr. Max?

• Setting, monitoring and evaluating key performance indicators for the logistics area;
• Coordination of the planning process and validating the realism of forecasts (CAPEX, OPEX);
• Interpreting the fulfillment of plans, analyzing and identifying the root causes of deviations, proposing corrective measures;
• Preparing documents for regular monthly reporting in close cooperation with the logistics director, warehouse and transport managers;
• Support in creating monthly financial presentations for logistics;
• Providing support to the accounting department in preparing financial statements;
• Active participation in the creation of investment projects within the Dr. Max group; monitoring the return on investment projects;
• Creating reporting and analytical tools, harmonizing the methodology for evaluating individual indicators;
• Daily collaboration with logistics colleagues and other departments as needed.

What do we expect from you?

• Understanding of supply chain principles and value drivers, including productivity, logistics, inventory management, and demand forecasting;
• You have a passion for data analytics and transforming business data into insightful business presentations;
• Proactive business acumen including continuous improvement mindset – you like to understand business processes, value drivers, and metrics beyond the financial KPI’s;
• Relevant experience in FP&A or supply chain analytics of at least 3 years;
• Excellent and efficient Excel, financial modeling, and analytical skills with attention to details;
• PowerPoint proficiency;
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex, detailed topics to a wider audience;
• Being a team player enjoying working with colleagues.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Power BI;
• Experience in retail/FMCG/pharma industry;
• Strong understanding of the interplay between P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
