Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

Temporary position to cover maternity leave

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and business‑oriented FP&A Specialist. This role plays a key part in financial planning, supporting management decisions, and acting as a true business partner across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with commercial, operational, and management teams, providing financial insights to support high‑quality decision‑making.
• Understand business drivers and translate them into financial implications.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses, scenario modeling, and impact simulations for business initiatives.
• Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and strategic long‑range plans.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of planning assumptions in collaboration with business leaders.
• Participate in the development of business cases.
• Track performance versus plan and recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, cost structures, margin contribution, and overall profitability.
• Prepare monthly FP&A reports and management presentations with clear commentary and storytelling.
• Monitor financial performance versus previous periods and targets.
• Perform SOX controls.
• Take responsibility for cash flow planning and the timely submission of the monthly cash forecast.

Your role will have a direct impact on the quality of financial reporting and on the company’s strategic decisions related to its core business.

Requirements for the role:

• Experience in FP&A, Controlling, or a related finance role
• University degree in Finance or a related field
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and presentation skills
• Proactive, result‑oriented, and able to communicate complex data in a clear and engaging way
