Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (m/f)

City: Belgrade

Responsibilities:

• Prepares financial and other periodic reports in accordance with corporate requirements and standards, on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Leads the monthly reporting process for the group and central management (prepares GGR reports, NGR reports, cost bases, CAPEX files, monthly and annual comparisons of actual performance against the budget).
• Organizes and leads the strategic planning process (Long-term plan), tactical planning (Budgeting process), and operational planning (Q1 Forecast, Q2 Forecast, Q3 Forecast). During the management of this process, coordinates and communicates with all organizational units within the central management, as well as with their leaders (Online sales sector, retail sales sector, marketing sector, Human Resources sector, Procurement sector).
• Organizes and leads performance management meetings with all retail divisions within the assigned territory.
• Leads the process of preparing and creating presentations for Operations review, Monthly business review, Quarterly finance review.
• Leads the process of preparing and creating profitability analysis and other key performance indicators.
• Analyzes branch operations monthly and compares them to the budget.
• Assists the Financial Controlling Manager in organizational and executive tasks.
• Delivers KPI analysis to the manager.
• Implements internal company policies and other legally required obligations.
• Conducts market research, prepares plans and analyses for further market activity monitoring.
• Timely and accurately reports on business performance within their responsibilities.
• Establishes and maintains procedures for quality control and documenting procedures, maintains, records, archives, and protects records. Prepares analyses and reports on the company’s work quality.
• Monitors and applies regulations and standards related to the company’s operations.
• Performs internal control of the work across all sectors within the company.
• Uses a category B vehicle in their work.
• Performs tasks under supervision.
• Respects and fully applies the safety and health measures (BZNR) and workplace procedures (PPZ).
• Must adhere to the published and accessible rules and procedures available to all employees.
• Performs other specific tasks as ordered by the direct superior.
• Participates in the preparation of the annual budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (Level 6 or 7 in the NOKS system) in Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Category B driving license.
• Work experience: 2 years in similar positions or roles.
