Financial Specialist - Pricing & Rebate

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a keen understanding of pricing and rebate management? Coca-Cola Hellenic is seeking a Financial Specialist - Pricing and Rebates to join our dynamic finance team. This role is pivotal in shaping our commercial policies, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate pricing and rebates.

As a Financial Specialist - Pricing and Rebates, you will collaborate with various departments to manage pricing, oversee commercial contracts, and handle customer-related financial transactions. Your expertise will drive efficiency and accuracy in our pricing and rebate processes, contributing to our overall financial success.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in preparation of commercial policy
• Ensure commercial contracts are in line with commercial policy
• Regularly set, maintain and control prices and rebates in SAP
• Issuing credit notes and request for customers invoices for rebates
• Resolve customers disputes related to prices and rebates
• Participate in rebates month-end closing
• Planning and reconciliation of Balance sheet and P&L accounts related to rebates
• Active communication with customers, sales and other departments related to rebates invoices, credit notes and open balance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance, pricing, rebates management or accounting
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with SAP/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
