Fleet Compliance Coordinator

Full-time | Remote (Must Work U.S. daytime Hours)

Find Staff is hiring on behalf of our client, LBC Fleet & Compliance.
LBC supports service-based businesses across the U.S. with fleet compliance, dispatch support, and backend operations. These are businesses with real-world risk—passenger carriers, motorcoach fleets, trucking operators—who need someone to keep them safe, legal, and running smooth.

We’re looking for a Fleet Compliance Coordinator with strong customer service skills and real-world compliance experience. You’ll be the front line for your assigned clients—answering their questions, solving problems, and managing everything from driver files to DOT audits.

About the Clients You’ll Support

These are mostly small-to-midsize companies in construction, passenger transport, and field service. Some have five trucks. Some have 50. Most don’t have a dedicated fleet manager—so they lean on LBC to keep them out of trouble and ahead of schedule.

You’ll be a trusted resource, not a ticket-taker.

What You’ll Actually Do
This is a client-facing, detail-heavy role with real responsibility. You’ll:

• Be the main point of contact for a set of U.S.-based fleet clients
• Build strong working relationships and earn trust through consistency
• Manage driver files, MVRs, medical cards, ELD logs, vehicle inspections, and drug testing
• Coordinate dispatch or scheduling tasks when needed (especially for DOT-regulated fleets)
• Work directly with clients and their drivers to resolve issues before they turn into fines or downtime

Who You Are

You’ve probably worked in fleet operations, compliance, dispatch, or customer support—and now you’re ready to use all of it in one role. You’re the kind of person who:

• Knows how to talk to clients, drivers, and owners (and when to push back professionally)
• Has a strong grasp of DOT compliance—or is eager to learn fast and own it
• Can juggle multiple clients without dropping balls
• Knows how to manage paperwork, deadlines, and real-world operations
• Writes clearly, speaks confidently, and stays calm under pressure
• Is fluent in English and ready to work U.S. business hours (9am–5pm EST)
