Operating under a single MC number, we manage a modern fleet of approximately 250 trucks (model years 2018–2025). Our headquarters are in Chicago, with operational offices in Niš and Belgrade. Supported by a team of 100+ professionals, we work with a driver base consisting of 70% company drivers and 30% owner-operators. As a Fleet Maintenance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, prevent, and resolve fleet malfunctions
• Ensure fleet safety, cost-efficiency, and proper maintenance
• Perform regular servicing and minor repairs
• Assist with minor roadside breakdowns and provide quick solutions
• Coordinate with service centers and suppliers for repairs and parts
• Collaborate with dispatch and management to resolve operational issues
• Manage breakdowns, accidents, and towing services
• Support drivers with accommodations, transportation, and urgent needs
• Analyze and report on damages, repairs, and maintenance costs

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in vehicle or fleet maintenance (mandatory)
• High proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Strong prioritization and time-management skills, especially under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
