Fleet Manager - Maintenance (trucking)

Beverly Group looking for an experienced Fleet Manager - Maintenance.

Requirements:

• Must speak fluent English
• Knowledge of ProTransport program, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) 
• Must be detail-oriented and organized 
• Organize/advise repairs and maintenance 
• Keep track of all Company trucks & trailers in a detailed spreadsheet per unit number (repair type and date), when DOT inspection expires, next oil change, etc.
• Pay for repairs for Company trucks on the road when the Company or lease to owners need it or be available for the company in case of emergency on the road with the truck/trailer during work hours and after (if needed). Further, provide invoices to the Company accounting for those expenses. 
• Keep good communication with all drivers
