Flooring Sales Representative

We are looking for a Flooring Sales Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling flooring products, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales process from inquiry to order completion.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell flooring products (engineered wood flooring, SPC.)
• Communicate with customers and understand their needs
• Prepare quotations and follow up on orders
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients
• Assist with showroom or client visits if required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales (minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, flooring or building materials is a plus)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented
• Fluent English required (Serbian is mandatory)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
