Job Description:
As a Front Desk Assistant, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage scheduling and appointment bookings
- Maintain and organize front desk area and supplies
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Provide general information and support to clients and staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems
- Professional appearance and attitude
