Competence Center (FTSC) offering Foreign Trade related Expert services for:

- 8 primary service packages like Preferential or Customs management; Export procedure support; Import and Export filing preparation; Country of origin management etc.

- more new service packages in future scope of FTSC, such as Support the E4HANA-project in SAP-GTS as well as the S/4HANA-Projects

Job Description

►  Process expert support for export management
►  Support operational S/4HANA rollouts in EMEA for GS/OSD41-EMEA
►  Regional work and collaboration process expert (PE) and process delegate (PD)
►  Train operational units in the system processes
►  Support rollout S/4HANA projects for Non-GTS units (project Mgmt)
►  Drive and support functional SAP-GTS tests for process validation

Qualifications

Who you are?

► Bachelor's degree (Economics, Business administration or Similar)
► Know- how in the process chain Order2Cash
► SAP (ERP/GTS) knowledge and experience
► Project experiencing
► English fluently speaking
► Good expression/ Motivation/Proactivity/Reliability
► Good conflict resolution skills; written and oral communication skills
► Good customer service skills and ethics
► Ability to function in team environment as well as independently
► Ability to juggle multiple enquiries/queries
► Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
