MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, propose and own fuel strategy from vision to execution. Supervising Fuel KPI’s and initiates improvement activities;
• Accountable for new product development with relevant peers across the organization to site implementation and sales supervision according to plan;
• Responsible for monitoring and timely reaction to changes in laws and regulations;
• Accountable for planning and implementation of Retail Strategy connected to fuel. Planning, forecasting managing and supervising results of sales and margin. Suggesting and implementing marketing activities with aim to achieve BP;
• Prepares portfolio proposals by locations, aggregates and guns based on micro market analysis and fuel category strategy;
• Coordinates fuel performance with Wholesale, Logistics and Retail outlets;
• Monitoring the activities of competitors on the market in terms of newly opened locations, portfolio changes, master data, prices;
• Daily monitoring of the market situation, create proposals and set fuel price changes (all grades), collection and analysis of competitors' fuel prices;
• Set the pricing strategy for all fuel grades and for each station separately (micro-market) in order to maximize margin/volume ratio and pricing governance;
• Deep understanding of local country pricing software - tools, functions, analysis, reporting and contributes to the installation and operation of software with cooperation to local country IT and Group Fuel Team;
• Ensuring depth of knowledge and quality of usage in price definition and active pricing (all grades) - immediate reactions, trigger competition, trigger periodic/seasonal price changes, daily/hourly price changes.

FOR THE POSITION YOU NEED:

• University degree (˃240 ECTS) in Economics or Business;
• Minimum 2 years in Retail and/or commercial fields;
• Commercial mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• MS Office package;
• Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English language.
