We're hiring a full-cycle Sales Development Representative (SDR)/ Cold Caller Setter who’s confident, metrics-driven, and knows how to turn cold prospects into warm opportunities. You’ll be working directly with a founder-led team that values smart, proactive outbound and appreciates results over fluff.
What You’ll Do:
- Run full-cycle outreach across inbound and outbound
- Own multi-channel prospecting (email, cold calling, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Maintain an organized pipeline using CRMs and lead gen tools
- Follow up with inbound leads and qualify them efficiently
- Hit aggressive revenue and pipeline goals
- Collaborate on offer positioning and messaging experiments
Probationary Expectations (3 Months):
- $20,000 in new revenue closed
- At least 10 warm leads in your pipeline
Location & Compensation:
- $800–1200 USD/month
- Plus 5%–7% commission on all closed deals from first order/campaign
- Belgrade - Remote
