About the Position:

Our client, an innovative company operating in the online gaming industry, is looking for an experienced Games Operations Manager who will play a key role in developing and optimizing the company’s game portfolio.
In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating with game providers, planning new releases, overseeing technical integrations, and analyzing performance data to ensure players enjoy the best possible gaming experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships and communication with game providers and platforms;
• Monitor market trends and propose new potential partners;
• Define technical specifications and oversee new integrations;
• Organize game launches and promotional activities;
• Analyze game performance and prepare regular reports for management;
• Handle operational and technical issues in collaboration with support teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in game operations, iGaming, or a related role;
• Solid understanding of online gaming platforms and provider ecosystems;
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills;
• Excellent command of English (B2+ level);
• Technical literacy and understanding of API integrations;
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
