For one of our clients – an international technology services company offering full-cycle digital solutions and driving innovation for leading enterprises, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – Gaming Equipment and Studio Readiness Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day handling and functionality of all gaming tools, ensuring they align with internal regulations and standards;
- Keep comprehensive logs and oversee the condition and availability of essential gaming items like cards, dice, roulette wheels, and accessories;
- Carry out routine checks to detect wear, damage, or irregularities in gaming equipment and take corrective action when necessary;
- Manage the procurement of parts and supplies; update records regarding stock movement, testing tools, and studio resources;
- Assign duties, manage team scheduling, provide coaching, and assess staff performance to ensure optimal output;
- Deliver structured performance and budget reports to management, while working in close cooperation with other business units such as HR and Risk.
Requirements:
- At least two years of relevant experience, ideally within gaming operations or technical equipment handling;
- A completed university-level education in a related area of study;
- Solid experience using computers and familiarity with stock control or tracking software;
- Demonstrated ability to organize resources, manage priorities, and lead teams effectively;
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written;
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts across mornings, evenings, and nights on a rotating schedule.
