Gas Station Manager

We are looking for a motivated and responsible person for the position of Manager at the new Shell gas station in Belgrade (Rakovica).

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the sales team at the gas station.
• Responsible for implementing operational processes at the station in accordance with legal regulations and in  full compliance with all company procedures and policies of Coral Srb – Shell Licensee, with a primary focus on safety.
• Monitoring sales and stock levels at the gas station and optimizing stock levels.
• Ensuring accurate material management at the gas station, including conducting regular and periodical inventories.
• Providing high-quality customer service, proper handling of documentation, responsible cash management, and ensuring a high level of hygiene at the station.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• Experience in managing a sales team at a gas station or another retail facility.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word, MS Outlook).
• Knowledge of English language.
