Main Purpose of the Job:

This role drives and increases billings and sales gross profit for a customer base in an assigned sales area and maintains existing solid customer relationships by monitoring customers financial and operational KPIs. 

Key Accountabilities:    

• Create quotation and define pricing for customers by requesting information and costs from Suppliers, Quote Center or EBV
• Purchasing in close cooperation with Account Manager in order to achieve maximum gross profit for EBV. As well check best possible lead time
• Has (joint) responsibility for revenue and gross margin for predefined customers
• Sell to customer by phone, using negotiation and convincing techniques and seeks to maximise gross profitability on sales
• Identify new opportunities for Demand Creation and provide inputs to AM or technical community
• Proactive follow-up of quotations and orders and perform re-negotiation with customer, Suppliers, Quote Center or EBV Purchasing
• Analyse customers respond on quotations, pricing and lost orders to identify market price level, stock situation and to provide customers feedback to internal and external Interfaces
• Responsible to fix resales to customers
• Check order cancelations or push outs with customers and Account Manager (higher volume), if it is checked and escalated by ISS to ISR
• Maintain ZSD Conditions (resales) for customers Forecast  & EDI materials
• Provide proactive information to customer about lead time changes, backlog situations and delays in supply chain thanks to reports provided by ISS, if ISS has no customer contact
• Runs and works on different Reports to monitor Margin, DWIN orders, backlog situation of customer => backlog is ISS
• Respond to, and answer customer telephone inquiries in a timely manner.
• Answer simple technical questions to customers and/or coordinate technical questions with FSE, FAE or other service functions.
• Works closely together with ISS in order to increase customer satisfaction and service level
• Communicate with ISS, Sales Operations, Purchasing/Procurement, Warehouse and Credit when needed.
• Maintain master customer data in respective systems.
• Participate in team meetings, in-house trainings and selected supplier trainings.
• May manage customer concerns and claims and may register in the applicable system. (Optional: part of 20% flexibility of ISS)
• Deepen relationship with customers and suppliers by visiting customer and meeting Supplier together with Account Manager
• Monitor customers financial and operational KPIs and provide regular update to AM, ISM or RSM in alignment with ISS
• Participation in team meetings, in-house trainings, and selected supplier trainings
• Other duties as assigned.

Education (Minimum):

• High school diploma or equivalent
