- 236 guestrooms including 128 suites and 108 rooms
- Conference Center with total meeting space 1491m2
- Full services Spa and Fitness with 25m indoor pool
- Dining Restaurant with a terrace above Tašmajdan Park
- 10th floor Roof Top Restaurant & Bar with panoramic 360 city view

Due to a high demand we are opening the position of: Guest Relations Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Review arrival lists to welcome guests
- Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
- Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions)
- Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
- Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
- Address customer complaints and refer to Guest Relations Manager when needed
- Record information in the logbook daily
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
Please note that experience in the same position is necessary.
Requirements and skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Experience in guest relations positions in the hotel industry
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
- Computer literacy
- A customer-oriented and professional attitude
- An outgoing personality
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skill
