For one of our international clients, we are currently seeking a Healthcare Scheduling Specialist to join the team and support internal back-office operations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to coordinate appointments will directly contribute to efficient processes and positive client outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Communicate, build and maintain trust with clients using healthcare coordination services to identify required medical examinations, doctors, and referrals
• Conduct structured medical interviews to collect a complete health overview and clearly understand patient needs
• Manage each patient case end-to-end, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain ongoing communication with medical facilities, insurance providers, and other relevant partners to gather and verify necessary information
• Provide operational support by tracking missing medical reports and referrals, and ensuring their timely delivery
• With experience, take responsibility for scheduling medical appointments and coordinating all aspects of patient care delivery

What We Are Looking For

• English Proficiency required (C1/C2 levels)
• Previous experience in customer support, healthcare coordination, or service-oriented roles is an advantage
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to conduct sensitive conversations in a calm, structured, and empathetic manner
• Strong ability to manage time-sensitive cases with a high level of responsibility and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the Spanish language is a plus
