THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk/Support Technician to work remotely from Belgrade or Novi Sad. You'll be supporting one of Australia's leading productivity solutions for mortgage brokers. This full-time position includes comprehensive training and the opportunity to deliver best-in-class support services.

  • Working Hours: Australian business hours (shifts) Work Arrangement: Currently remote with company-provided laptop/PC

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage incoming support tickets and provide multi-level support
  • Escalate complex issues and bugs to relevant technical teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues
  • Ensure timely and professional customer communication
  • Contribute to knowledge base and process improvements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
  • Ability to understand and resolve user queries independently
  • High-level organizational and presentation skills
  • Capability to manage priorities in a remote work environment

Preferred Experience:

  • 1-2 years of help desk or call center experience
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, Monday, etc.)
  • Understanding of change management and release processes
  • Experience supporting remote teams and end-users
  • Customer service orientation combined with technical aptitude
