THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk/Support Technician to work remotely from Belgrade or Novi Sad. You'll be supporting one of Australia's leading productivity solutions for mortgage brokers. This full-time position includes comprehensive training and the opportunity to deliver best-in-class support services.
- Working Hours: Australian business hours (shifts) Work Arrangement: Currently remote with company-provided laptop/PC
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage incoming support tickets and provide multi-level support
- Escalate complex issues and bugs to relevant technical teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues
- Ensure timely and professional customer communication
- Contribute to knowledge base and process improvements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Ability to understand and resolve user queries independently
- High-level organizational and presentation skills
- Capability to manage priorities in a remote work environment
Preferred Experience:
- 1-2 years of help desk or call center experience
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, Monday, etc.)
- Understanding of change management and release processes
- Experience supporting remote teams and end-users
- Customer service orientation combined with technical aptitude
